The information is maintained by the Sidwell software in the GISEDIT database and copied to the production database nightly. This layer is used on the GIS website. This layer is a combination of a parcel layer and a spatially joined Condominium layer. Because of this the layer contains duplicate Condo Header accounts for each unit polygon which is used to create stacked condominiums. These Condo Header accounts all end in '000'. In areas where percent of ownership is split there may be overlaying polygons. Accounts may be segmented.
